Hello,
I know, it has been a long time.
Making this film has been a lot more work than I thought it would be but I know in the end it will be worth it. I think part of me is afraid to make a mistake...and well, I already have made mistakes on the film. It is not going to be perfect no matter how long and hard I work on this film.

Tonight I interviewed Henry Messer for the second time. I had prepared myself a lot better than the previous time by asking three former Triangle employees stories about Henry. I asked Jeff, Kevin, and Sean about him and I had some great topics to discuss with Henry.

This interview although the lighting is not perfect, came out way more interesting than the first one.
So on I go....

17 years ago, Susan and Christine were murdered...

On Tuesday, May 5, 1992, seventeen years ago, Susan Pittmann and Christine Puckett were murdered outside their home by their next-door neighbor. A year and half from now my film will be shown for the first time. That is the plan at this time.

The seven minute film below was my final project for my editing class that I took at O.C.C. I took the class in order to make my documentary as good as possible. Now my next step is to make a trailer film for the documentary. I hope to get the trailer done by the end of May of this year.

An Intimate Portrait of Lisa Rose

It has been soooooooooo long since I wrote anything on my blog but I am finally back.
I have been very busy with school, taking a class out at the Orchard Ridge Campus of O.C.C.
I was taking an editing class using Final Cut Pr and I tell you, I learned a lot.
One thing I learned was how little I knew about Final Cut Pro.
Today the final assignment was due and I turned it in. The teacher liked it but the real test will be when the person it is about sees it. This all boils down to helping me with my documentary.
Talk to you soon and I will post this final project here on my blog, even though it has nothing to do with my documentary.
Take care,
Brian

Hello Everyone,
Brian here. I have been gone for a while from posting on this blog.
There is so much going on at the moment.
This is quite a big project.
Much bigger than I ever thought it would be but it is going and a lot of good stuff is happening!
At this time, I have interviewed 23 people and I have four planned in the next three weeks.
I have two people who are going to be helping me with the editing.
I am currently taking an editing class at O.C.C.

I am editing with Final Cut Pro and that is what my class is in.
When I was in film school a few years ago, they were teaching Avid.

I will try to write more soon but I have to get back to work on the film.
Take care,
Brian
